Breads

Just as important as the Meat & Cheese, an excellent Bread is necessary for a truly great sandwich. We've taken great care in providing a wonderful selection of breads for your Guests. The bread must strike a balance between being "hearty" and yet not so much that the sandwich is overwhelmed by it. And when it comes to Corporate Catering, it must be easy to eat and not messy. (We don't want your Guests "wearing" their sandwich!)

We bake our own Soft French or Soft Wheat++, and we proudly offer four others from the finest European-style bread baker in St. Louis

Cheese

We offer a popular assortment of delicious, real cheeses: Provolone, Cheddar, Swiss and Pepper Jack, American sliced.

Relish Tray
One of our goals is to let each of your Guests get precisely what they want on their sandwich. With that in mind we always bring lots of good stuff along on your Relish Tray so they can "finish" their sandwich just the way they like it.

We always bring all the Paper Goods your Group will need to enjoy their food so you never have to worry about plates, napkins, forks, knives or serving utensils when Gourmet FoodWorks delivers your meal. And we wouldn't dream of charging you extra for it! (In fact, we always include some extras so if someone drops a fork on the floor, you won't have to scramble to come up with another.)
