Egg Strata

Our Egg Strata is an easy way to add "something Hot" to your breakfast ( A poor mans version of Quiche but healthier)

Egg Stratas are similar to an egg casserole and can be the entire meal or simply the "center of attention" on your guests' plate along with baked goods, fruit, etc.

Our Strata is made with lots of bacon (browned and crisp), sautéed onions and red peppers. Start with French bread sliced thick to  layer the bottom of the pan and then pour the farm fresh eggs and cheddar cheese over the bread with a touch of  cream added for good measure. Next, add the bacon and sautéed items, more cheese and bake it until fluffy and light  in the oven. *Served with salsa, green chilies and hot sauce on the side on request.*
