When we say that we are “easy to work with” another way to think about that is that we say “Yes” a lot to our Customers’ personalized requests. Requests like: “We have a Guest that likes Diet Dr. Pepper, can you please get some for our lunch tomorrow?” “Yes!” “Could we have only Bagels and Breakfast Breads for our Breakfast tomorrow?” “Yes!” “On your Party Subs I know you have a 2-footer and a 5-footer, but could we have a 3-footer?” “Yes!” “We just had 3 more Guests arrive, can we add 3 more servings to our dinner today?” “Yes!” “Would you please deliver the Breakfast to our client’s office but mail the invoice to me here?” “Yes!” “Would you please have your delivery person meet us in the Lobby at 10:50 a.m. on Tuesday?” “Yes!” “Our clients canceled the meeting tomorrow, can we cancel the food?” “Yes!”
