Yikes, my meeting was just cancelled! Can I cancel my order? Sure, you say, Gourmet FoodWorks is “all happy” when I call in a last minute order and give them more business, but what if I have to cancel an order. Well, we at Gourmet FoodWorks figure that that’s just life in the big city… for us. Or in other words, go ahead and cancel ‘cause it’s no big deal. We know that things stop just as quickly as they start so just call us. Now if it’s a huge, off-the-menu meal we might be a little more strict, but basically as long as we haven’t actually delivered your food we have no problem at all canceling your order. Oh, and there’s no cancellation charges or any other nuisance fees. (‘Cause we really don’t feel like our Customers are nuisances!) We figure that it’s just part of being easy to work with and relationship-focused… we simply do what you need (or in the case of a cancellation; don’t need!).
