Chicken Taco Salad - Fresh Mixed Greens tossed with chopped green onion, sliced black olives, diced tomatoes, shredded aged cheddar cheese topped with grilled tender strips of seasoned chicken breast.  Served with blue and red tortilla chips and salsa for dipping and ranch dressing unless otherwise specified.

 

 

 

Asian Chicken Salad - Fresh mixed Greens topped with mandarin orange sections, baby pickled corn, ribbons of fresh sweet carrots, water chestnuts, roasted almonds, diced celery, julienne strips of sweet red pepper, chow mien noodles all topped with  glazed strips of  teriyaki grilled chicken with white and black sesame seeds accompanied by our fresh peanut Thai dressing.

 

   

 

Portabella Mushroom Salad - Chopped Romaine lettuce with aged shredded parmesan cheese, tomato wedges, sliced zucchini, fresh yellow squash, ribbons of sweet carrot, julienne strips of sweet red and green peppers, then we add the marinated and grilled slices of tender Portabella mushroom. Served chilled with your choice of dressing.

 

 

 

Turkey Chef Salad - Traditional mixed greens with sliced hard boiled eggs, tomato wedges, slices of fresh cucumber, shredded aged cheddar cheese topped with julienned strips of tender  wood smoked Turkey breast and sourdough croutons.  Served with your choice of dressing.

 

 

 

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad -Freshly chopped romaine lettuce, fresh tomato wedges, sliced red onions, diced red sweet peppers, then topped by 6 oz. of grilled chicken breast strips and sourdough croutons and served with our traditional Caesar dressing on the side.

 

 

 

Traditional Greek Salad - We take fresh mixed greens and top then with diced roasted red peppers,  tomato wedges, calamatta marinated olives, artichoke hearts, slices of red onion, spicy pickled peppercini peppers, crumbled feta cheese all tossed in our basil and herb vinaigrette dressing.  Served with a side order of herbed crustinis.

 

 

 

Brown Derby Cobb Salad - Named after the owner of the Brown Derby  in Hollywood Ca. (Robert Cobb) the first one ever made was for Sid Grauman (Chinese Theatre owner) because he had a toothache and could not chew large portions so Robert went into the kitchen and since it was late and the kitchen was closed he gathered what he could and came up with this wonderful salad. We take mixed greens and serve them with freshly chopped eggs, bleu cheese crumbles, bacon bits, chicken white meat chunks, tomatoes diced, freshly minced Avocado to top it all off and remember to order the original Cobb dressing as well..  We hope you order it because you love it.                  ( Add Grilled Salmon for a small up charge)

 

 

 

Black and Bleu Salad -  We take fresh field greens (masculine mix) and add tomato wedges, calamatta olives, bleu cheese crumbles, all topped by a generous 4 oz. portion of blackened flank steak fanned over the bleu  cheese crumbles.  Served with your choice of dressing but we suggest Bleu cheese of course.......

 

 

 

Strawberry Spinach Salad - Fresh Baby Spinach greens tossed with candied pecans, sliced fresh strawberries, ringlets of red onion, mandarin orange segments all topped with a home made Poppy seed dressing.  Served with roll and butter for a slight up charge you can add grilled chicken.....
