Classic Hot Breakfast One of our Classic Hot Breakfasts will get your group ready for anything!

When your Group wants to enjoy a wonderful Hot Breakfast with all the trimmings, just give us a quick call and we will  get your breakfast delivered hot and fresh to your guests all paper goods and utensils included.  And remember, our flexible Menu puts you in control so you can get exactly what you want.

• Fluffy Scrambled Eggs topped with Cheddar Cheese,  Hearty Hash Browns with seasoning, onions and diced red peppers for flavor, Pork Sausage Patties and/or Bacon, Golden Buttermilk Biscuits brushed with butter and if you really want to kick it up a notch add on the fresh fruit tray or sausage milk gravy.

• Eggs Florentine - English Muffins toasted then each half topped with a generous slice of grilled Honey Ham and Sautéed Spinach prepared in a white wine and light roasted garlic. Then a generous scoop of fluffy scrambled eggs is added  and drizzled with a Hollandaise Sauce. Shredded aged Cheddar Cheese is added and a sprinkle of tarragon to complete the dish.

• Pancake Breakfast - Light fluffy pancakes served warm with your choice of toppings from strawberry compote to maple syrup.  The breakfast comes with our 2 oz. sausage patties and/or bacon sure to make your group happy their breakfast  meeting was handled by a professional............

• Texas Style French Toast -  Thick cut bread, dipped into a light egg wash with cinnamon and nutmeg then pan grilled till golden.  Served with your choice of (2) maple syrup, honey butter,  powdered sugar or cinnamon/sugar crystals .  Served with either sausage/bacon....

• Home-style Biscuits and Sausage Gravy - Light and fluffy Buttermilk biscuits  brushed with butter.  Whole milk southern style sausage gravy slow cooked for that old world taste.
