Hot Breakfast Wraps - Filled with fresh scrambled Eggs, Oven Hash browns, with a sprinkling of diced red peppers and green chilies for that extra little flavor kick, then a generous portion of Savory sausage topped with aged shredded cheddar cheese all rolled into a fresh flour tortilla.  Served with Salsa, Sour cream and Green Chilies.

Croissant Sandwich - Farm fresh Eggs light and fluffy with flat top grilled ham and a slice of cheddar cheese all on a oven fresh Croissant. 

French Toast Sandwich - We take thick slices of Texas style French Toast and pile on the fluffy eggs, cheddar cheese, and a grilled slice of our Honey Ham served with Maple Syrup on the side or not (your choice).

Bagel Sandwich - Take our famous Bagel, slice it and add scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese and a savory sausage patty and you have a great way to start the day.
