I worked with Milan several times and the food was wonderful, so I am more than happy to endorse it. I will never forget                            when his grilled beef, chicken and shrimp kabobs brought a conference room full of top executives to utter silence.                                          They were too busy eating to talk. I remember standing in the kitchen while one of the VP’s was getting his plate and                                  it it occurred to me that I didn’t hear anything coming from the conference room. When I peeked through the door, they were                               all sitting there, happily eating. Quietest lunch I ever served.
